Blackstone Griddle | Cubano Dog

Servings: 6

Ingredients(9):

  • 6 Pork Hot Dogs

  • Blackstone Honey Jalapeno Seasoning

  • Heath Riles Hot Honey Peach BBQ Glaze

  • 9 oz. Deli Sliced Honey Ham

  • Sliced Pickles

  • 6 Slicesd Swiss Cheese

  • Hawaiian Hot Dog Buns

  • Mayo

  • Mustard

    Instructions:

    1. Using a slotdog or knife, score your hot dog in a criss-cross pattern.

    2. Add mustard to hot dogs on all sides and bind with honey jalapeno seasoning.

    3. On low heat, add hot dogs to griddle.

    4. Add mayo and mustard to hot dog buns.

    5. On low heat, add sliced ham and cook for 1 minute while keeping ham moving until slightly golden brown.

    6. Add peach glaze to cooked hot dogs.

    7. On residual heat, warm hot dog buns and add a slice of cheese to melt.

    8. Top with sliced ham, sliced pickles, and hot dog. Enjoy!

Blackstone Griddle | Southwest Style Smash Tacos

Servings: 6

Ingredients (5):

  1. Southwest Style Salad Kit

  2. Taco Seasoning- Blackstone Products Tequila Lime Seasoning or any taco seasoning of your choice

  3. 1 lb. Ground Beef

  4. 6 Flour Tortillas

  5. Taco Bell Spicy Ranchero Sauce (optional)

    Instructions:

    1. Season ground beef with taco seasoning and form 6 balls.

    2. Using a burger press, smash ground meat into the center of the tortilla. Try and get meat as close to the edge of the tortilla as possible.

    3. Turn burners onto low and add tortillas to griddle. Cook 2-3 mins. per side until crisp.

    4. Mix salad kit ingredients in salad kit bag (i despise cleaning dishes) or a bowl.

    5. Once tacos are crispy and ready to remove from the griddle to the taco rack for easier assembly, add salad mix and top with Taco Bell’s Spicy Ranchero Sauce for an extra kick of flavor!

    6. Serve a la carte or with a side of taco seasoned fries. Enjoy!
